Proper Organization Tips For Comms Cabinets

Horizontal Cable management bars should be installed at ratio of 1 every second patch panel
Patch leads should be of correct length using excessively long patch leads means that the slack is taking up space.
Use colour coding scheme so you have separate colours for Data, Phones, Wifi etc.
All Active equipment such as Routers, Switches should be rack mounted or situated on a shelf within the Comms cabinet.
Redundant equipment should be removed as soon as it becomes so.
PDU ( Power Distribution units ) should be rack mounted at rear of cabinet
